1. Who we are

Minutus AI ("we," "us," "our") is a company based in Zürich, Switzerland. This policy explains what personal data we collect through minutus.ch, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it to us through one of the forms on this site:

• Pilot request form: name, work email address, company name, model and hardware details, inquiry type, consent status, and any details you provide about your use case.
• Investor inquiry form: name, email address, firm/fund name (optional), and your message.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal data automatically through the site beyond standard technical logs (see Section 6).

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your pilot request or investor inquiry
• Follow up with relevant information about Minutus AI
• Maintain an internal record of inquiries received

Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you have voluntarily initiated (under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR where applicable to visitors in the EU/EEA). We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Who processes your data

Your submitted data is stored and processed using the following service providers, acting on our behalf:

• Supabase (database and backend infrastructure) — data is stored on servers located in the EU.
• Resend (transactional email delivery) — used solely to notify our team of a new submission and, where relevant, to reply to you. Resend is a US-based service provider; where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland/the EEA, this is done under Resend's standard contractual safeguards.

We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it to train any AI or machine learning model.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain submission data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it longer by law.

6. Technical/log data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and operational purposes (e.g. preventing abuse of our forms). This data is not used to identify individuals and is retained only as long as operationally necessary.

7. Cookies

Minutus AI does not currently use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law before any non-essential cookie is set.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe we have not adequately addressed your concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data collected.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
